Terms and Conditions

• • E-hotel vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
  • E-hotel vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
  • A Full Payment will be charged as voucher confirmation.
  • Redemption of E-hotel vouchers should be done by sending an email to onlinereservations@themacollection.com and confirmations are subject to the hotel’s availability.
  • Rates are valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only.
  • E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • Offer applicable for Full Board meal plans and standard room category only.
  • Individual property blackout dates will apply.
  • These packages are non-refundable and non-amendable.
  • Children age 6-12 will be charged LKR 6,500 on full board basis per child per night and above 12 years will be considered as adults.

Validity 

• • E-hotel vouchers will be valid for a period of 06 months from the date of purchase. (Individual property blackout periods will apply.)
  • Should any guest wish to utilize vouchers during the specified peak periods, an additional supplement will be levied for voucher redemption, as follows: from 20th December 2023 – 10th January 2024 and from 10th April to 20th April 2024, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective property.
