Terms & conditions:
- Vouchers can be redeemed when booking any room(s) at Thema Hotels with the standard rate. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total booking cost, and the remaining balance must be paid by the person making the booking.
- This is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Reservations will be confirmed based on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- To redeem E-hotel vouchers, send an email to onlinereservations@themacollection.com. Confirmations are subject to hotel availability.
- E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- All orders, once placed and confirmed, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
