• To redeem E-hotel vouchers, email: onlinereservations@themacollection.com with the travel dates and the desired property.
• Vouchers can be redeemed for room reservations, property experiences, and Spa treatments at any Thema Collection property.
• The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Exclusive for local residents and resident visa holders (Sri Lankan Identity card or a local resident VISA upon hotel check-in).
• Reservations are confirmed based on availability.
• If the voucher value is greater than the booking Value it could be used to utilize as extras at the resort.
• E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any bank offer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• All orders, once confirmed, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

Important Note:

All sales of Gift Cards are final. Gift Cards cannot be returned, canceled, redeemed for cash, or applied to any credit card balance after purchase. The gift card is redeemable once.
