Terms and Conditions

• E-hotel vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
• E-hotel vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
• A Full Payment will be charged as voucher confirmation.
• Redemption of E-hotel vouchers should be done by sending an email to onlinereservations@themacollection.com and confirmations are subject to the hotel’s availability.
• Rates are valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only.
• E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Offer applicable for Full Board meal plans and standard room category only.
• Individual property blackout dates will apply.
• These packages are non-refundable and non-amendable.
• Children age 6-12 will be charged LKR 7,000 on full board basis per child per night and above 12 years will be considered as adults.

Validity 

• E-hotel vouchers will be valid for a period of 06 months from the date of purchase. (Individual property blackout periods will apply.)
• If any guest needs to redeem vouchers for peak periods; a supplement will be applicable for redemption of the voucher. Ex: December to January peak period/ July-August peak period / April peak period.
