- To redeem E-hotel vouchers, email: onlinereservations@themacollection.com with the travel dates and the desired property.
- Vouchers can be redeemed for room reservations, property experiences, and Spa treatments at any Thema Collection property.
- The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Exclusive for local residents and resident visa holders (Sri Lankan Identity card or a local resident VISA upon hotel check-in).
- If the voucher value is greater than the booking Value it could be used to utilize as extras at the resort.
- E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer.
Important Note:
Gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, or redeemed for cash and are redeemable only once.
